Course Overview
TDI Nitrox is an entry-level enriched air course for divers who want to understand and use nitrox mixtures from 22 through 40 percent oxygen. The official TDI course page positions it as a way to continue diver education, extend no-decompression limits at depth, and begin building the knowledge base used in later technical training. Students learn why oxygen exposure, equivalent air depth, gas analysis, cylinder labeling, and equipment considerations matter before diving any enriched air blend.
