Night Diver Training
PADI Night Diver teaches certified divers how to plan and conduct dives after sunset with better control, communication, and confidence. The official PADI page describes the course as learning how to navigate in the dark, communicate with a dive light, and enter, exit, and dive at night. The course is not just about seeing different marine life; it is about managing visibility, orientation, and buddy contact when normal daylight references are gone.
This specialty is for PADI Open Water Divers or Junior Open Water Divers who meet the age requirement and want guided night-diving experience. PADI lists a minimum age of 12.
