Advanced Recreational Trimix
IANTD Advanced Recreational Trimix Diver training builds on deep, nitrox, and recreational trimix experience by adding more demanding gas planning and limited decompression concepts. The official IANTD page describes the program as extending the diver?s understanding of EANx while supplementing the skills of Recreational Trimix Divers. It uses enriched air and helium-based mixtures to manage narcosis, with the course framed around dives up to IANTD?s stated advanced recreational trimix limit and required decompression stops.
This course is intended for divers who already have a serious foundation, not for someone just beginning deep diving.
